The Closed Loop Menu is only available if you have the master version of the controller firmware installed.  The master has it's own database and may supervise a maximum of 32 secondary controllers assigned to it's sub-system.  The master software may be run "on-street" from a 981 TS2 master controller or as a "virtual master" from the central office  (see Streetwise ATMS Hierarchy of Control ).
