The Volume / Occupancy Sampling Period is defined in NTCIP 1202 - 2.3.5.2 VOLUME / OCCUPANCY PERIOD as the number of seconds (0-255) in the sampling period. Naztec provides a MIB to allow you to specify the sampling time as the sum of the specified Seconds and Minutes value (which is converted internally to seconds).
