| “Lock Inhibit” |
For most applications, “Lock Inhibit” and “Conf Lock Enable” will both be programmed as OFF which insures that the overlap clearance has completed before the next eligible phase is serviced. However, “Lock Inhibit” and “Conf Lock Enable” can be programmed as follows to affect the overlap clearance timing:
|
| “Parent ø Clearances” |
If “Parent ø Clearances” is set
OFF, the clearance time specified for each overlap is
used.
|
| “Program Card” |
The
“Program Card” option allows you to retrieve overlap definitions for the first 8
overlaps from the hardware programming card.

The "Fast Fl Rate" parameter controls the flashing red output of the FAST-FL overlap type. Valid values are OFF, 60, 120, 150 or 180 times per minute. The FAST-FL overlap type is used in some provinces of Canada to flash a protected green arrow in a head shared with the left yellow arrow (dual indication display).
