Automatic Flash -  (MM->1->4)

Automatic Flash during actuated operation is defined in TS2 specification 3.9.1.2 as follows:

Whenever, the Automatic Flash input is activated, the controller insures that the minimum green and ped clearance time of the current phase is satisfied and moves to the programmed Exit Phases as quickly as possible.  

As soon as the minimum times are satisfied for the Exit Phases (MM->1->1->2), the controller will begin a flashing operation determined by the Flash Mode setting programmed from the 1. Parameter selection above .  When the Automatic Flash input is lifted, the controller will return to the Exit Phases programmed under menu MM->1->1->2,
