This table enables BIU devices in a TS2 (type 1) environment.  In the menu below, one BIU is enabled for the Terminal Facility (cabinet), one for a Detector Rack (16 detectors) and another for the MMU.  The controller will begin sending messages to each BIU enables in this table and will fail in a flash condition if any cabinet BIU or MMU does not send a valid reply message within 1 second.

The Dev. Present object in this menu corresponds with NTCIP 2.11.2.2 PORT 1 DEVICE PRESENT.  

Msg 0 Enbl was added to maintain compliance with certain camera manufactures.
