This menu serves different functions in the TS2 and the 2070 controller.

In the TS2, this menu provides a Permissive Diagnostic that highlights any channel permissive differences between the settings in MM->1->3->4 and the jumper positions on the MMU programming card.

In the 2070 controller, this menu allows the user to customize the I/O pin assignments for the C1-C11 connectors on the 2070 and the A-B-C connectors of the 2070N controller.
