Alternate Tables are assigned to each pattern under Alt Tables+ (MM->2->6). Alternate Tables for Interval Times vary the base phase timing set under MM->1->1->1 by time-of-day.  There are 2 Alternate Tables for Call/Inhibit/Redirect.  The above screen is displayed after selecting Alternate CIR Table #2.

Assign Ø - Note, that that the phase number is assigned to a row (row # 1 - 8 does not refer to Ø1 - Ø8).

Also, note that if you assign a phase to a row, then EVERY VALUE FOR THIS PHASE MUST BE ENTERED IN THIS ROW.

For example, row 1 in the menu above assigns a new call Ø to Ø1, BUT EVERY OTHER VALUE IN THE ROW FOR PHASE 1 IS NOW ZERO!  If you only want the call Ø to change, you still must copy over the other call/inh/redirect values from menu MM->1->1->3 or else the controller will zero these values.  The Alternate Call/Inh/Redirect Values for Ø1 shown in row # 4 is an example of what was intended here.
