The NTCIP spec references in this document apply to both ASC version 1 (TS 3.5-1996) and ASC version 2 (NTCIP 1202 ver 2.18). Since much of the standard refers to database features, we have provided links to the controller menu for the following conformance groups to assist the user. These spec references apply to versions 50/60/61 for the Naztec TS2, 970 and 2070 controllers.

You can download the Cross-Platform NTCIP Based Controller Simulator and run it from your local hard drive. Just unzip the files to a new folder and create a shortcut on your desktop for the file "mm.htm". When you double-click on this file, your web browser will launch this page and you can quickly navigate the menu system even when you aren't on-line.
Navigation Through the Menu Simulator
Select menu options using the number keys on your keyboard or the keypad to the left.
Press "b" or click the red ESC button to go back a screen.
Press "m" or click the MAIN DISP button. to return to the "Main Menu"
Note: The MAIN DISP key on the TS2 is equivalent to the " * " key on the 2070 controller
Press the EXIT button to leave this window
Some menus extend beyond the edge of the current display (much like the left and right pages of an open book).
Hint: Use the number keys, and the "b" and "m" keys on your keyboard to gain practice with the Version 50 menu system. If you "get lost", just press the "m" key to return to this menu. This method provides a "tactile feedback" that closely approximates the keyboard of the TS2 and 2070 controllers. If you download the menu system files to your local computer, you can navigate through the menus offline without any time lag associated with passing files over the internet.
Toggle between "left" and "right" menu pages using the
and
buttons
located in the corner of the screen or press the ">" and
"<" hot keys on your keyboard. Most controller menus have
a "left" and "right" menu as shown below. Think of the controller as an
open book which allows you to view the left page and right page separately.
